Mama are dedicated to reproducing the sights and sounds of a high octane contemporary Genesis rock concert with great musicianship and a full light show.
Mama perform pieces from every era of Genesis from the early Peter Gabriel albums, right through the Phil Collins era in the 70s and 80s, and up to the final Genesis studio album, We Can’t Dance.
Formed in 2012 the band has already established itself as one of the top Genesis tribute bands in the UK. From their debut show at The Pacific Road Arts Centre in Birkenhead in March 2012 the band has captivated their audiences playing tribute to the music of Genesis to a very high standard.
The band currently appear at theatres up and down the UK, in such venues as Bury Met, The Maltings at Franham (where Genesis themselves used to play), The Cavern in Liverpool and now Holmfifth Picturedome . The band set list comprises Genesis's greatest hits:

Voted into the top 3 flamenco guitarists in the world by Guitar Player USA, Juan has toured the world playing concerts from Shanghai to New York. Critics have compared his compositional talent to that of Albéniz, Turina and Tarrega. His books for learning the guitar are now translated into many languages, his original book being referred to as The Bible of flamenco guitar.
